HR professionals and analysts from the world’s largest companies predict that the hiring bots market will expand significantly in the near future. Companies prefer to use robots in their HR departments for several reasons. In particular, a robot for hire is able to replace several dozen people at once, call several thousand applicants at the same time and conduct an initial interview. This saves a large company up to several million rubles a month and allows you to weed out the bulk of employees who did not pass the criteria required by the company at the first stage of the interview.

The functions of the people hiring employees will change a lot, they will not accept staff, but mostly control the robot recruiters and carry out general management.
By 2030, a complete replacement of human personnel is forecasted in such specialties as HR, HR manager and other recruiting-related specialties. Office staff will mostly be recruited by robotic recruiters through specialized platforms and job search aggregator sites. The forecast does not take into account the fact that a full-fledged Artificial Intelligence will be created by 2030, but if this happens, the replacement of humans by robots will occur in a very short period of time. In this case, there is a surplus in the labor market of specialists in human resources, as a result of which most of them will have to change their profession.

Of course, recruitment robots are much cheaper than maintaining a large staff of employees in the HR department, but modern bots for hiring cannot completely replace a person. At the moment, they are not able to catch the intonation of a person and conduct a deep survey of the applicant.
Due to the fact that modern robot recruiters are quite severely limited in their capabilities, Russian and foreign IT companies are constantly developing in the field of Artificial Intelligence and constantly improving the software for bots for hire.

This bot is already capable of much more actions, recognizes the intonation of a person while communicating with him on the phone, knows more than 50 languages and can imitate 2 male and 3 female voices. One of the key factors in solving which the proportion of robot recruiters will increase significantly, programmers consider the transition from a mechanical voice to a live one that completely imitates human speech, with all intonations and shades of speech.
It is the mechanical voice of the robot that forms a somewhat negative attitude between the applicant and the employer. A person who offers his services to a company wants to have an interview not with a robot, but with a real employee of the HR department, or at least hear a live, not a robotic voice asking questions on the phone. The employer, on the other hand, needs to present his company as respectable, which treats all job seekers without exception with respect.
Developments in the field of enlivening the voice of robotic recruiters have long since moved from the experimental part to the practical one. There are already promising examples of bots that can almost completely replace most of the human work in the HR department. However, the question rests on the cost of such recruiters, in the future, with mass production, their price will decrease, which will undoubtedly completely change the work of all recruitment agencies and personnel departments of companies.
